Hindu religion does not consist in struggles and attempts to believe a certain doctrine or dogma, but in realizing not in believing, but in being and becoming-SWAMI VIVEKANANDA.
Hindu thought and culture thread through almost every civilization on the planet, weaving a subtle tapestry of lofty philosophy and earthy, pragmatic wisdom. Whose life has not been touched ? Some have been raised in India and enjoy memories of warm extended families and cool temples resounding with ancient mantras. Others find peace of mind in Hindu yoga practices. Many find solace in the concepts of karma, dharma and reincarnation, which express their own inner findings and beliefs.
HINDU STRUGGLE COMMITTEE working for welfare of Hindus and Hindu Dharm. We believe that “whole world is our family” (VASUDHAIV KUTUMBKAM) and we wish that every creature in this universe must progress and prosper. We believe that the evil should be destroyed (SHATHE SHATHYAM SAMACHARET) the defenceless should be protected. Only the crusaders and the brave, rule the world (VEER BHOGYA VASUNDHARA).
The committee will develop co-ordination among various Hindu groups and organisations. Common minimum and common maximum programmes will be drafted for across the country. It will provide us with ideological members and workers.
Hindu struggle committee was formed in order to reunite Hindus and their movements running in different parts of the world. Our aim was to coordinate with different Hindu’s organizations to know their movements spread it to others running Hindu organizations as per the need of the movement, so the movement may run across the world in order to get success unitedly and show our power to the world, with this idea of and aim Hindu Struggle Committee came in to existence and started working.
An organization’s diversity and plurality are reflected by its actions and the people that make up the organization. As such, HSC’s multiplicity shows through the remarkable make up of its student members and attendees as well as the events. HSC is open to anyone regardless of their religion, race. gender, sexual orientation or national origin. We launched our movements with other organizations from Delhi which included protests against communal violence and targeted bill and baatla house encounter, in a very short span of time major organizations working across India joined us which made our movements and aim more stronger and powerful.
Students from different parts joined us in order to know and learn Hinduism and with motto of spreading our customs and traditions we started programs related to Hindu customs and traditions .
HSC’s vision is to inspire the development of an “integrated personality” based upon the spiritual and cultural treasures of Hindu heritage.
HSC derives its vision from the following Vedic and Puranic sayings:
a) “Krinavanto Vishwam Aryam” (Make the entire world noble)
b) “Ekam Sat Viprah Bahuda Vadanti” (The One Truth is expressed by the Wise in many ways)
c) “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhina; Sarve Santu Niramaya” (May all be happy. May all be healthy)
d) “Dharmo Rakshati Raskhitah” (Dharma, when preserved and protected, protects you)
