Why the “Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill” is a Bad Idea
Why should we (Hindu Struggle Committee) oppose it ?
Friends, India is the world’s largest democracy. But in present scenario, it seems like a “Alice Wonderland”, We have a Prime Minister and a Super Prime Minister. The PM has an ordinary cabinet which is elected by public of REPUBLIC OF INDIA but Super Prime Minister is Sonia Gandhi has a SUPER KITCHEN CABINET called as National Advisory Committee (NAC). There is no relation between Super PM and her Cabinet with the public.
We are not communal and we hate riots but still we oppose this proposed “Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparation) Bill, 2011 because of:-
We are not communal and we hate riots but still we oppose this proposed “Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparation) Bill, 2011 because of:-
- It’s anti THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA and its secular fabric.
- It violates the principles of Federalism and rights of the state.
- It violates the rights of Individuals and overrides the basis of criminal justice system.
- It’s says “Guilty by association” and guilty until proved innocent. So it against basic intension of justice.
- There is an assumption which redefines the offences in a highly discriminatory manner against majority community.
- The Law makes only members of the majority community as culprit.
- It will be a good legal weapon of Jihadi Terrorist groups.
- This is an example of mindless proliferation of laws.
- Instead of, empowering the community to safeguard minority interests it’s a conspiracy against civilian by UPA government, which is like “Reverse Revenge to majority community.”
We demand a vast political and legal debate in this important issue.
